			<title><![CDATA[ Chocolate Banana ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Peel one side of a banana...but not all the way off. Cut out a channel, like a canoe. Save it. Fill the canoe with chocolate chips, some baby masrshmellons (if you want), replace the cutout part of the banana, cover back with the peel. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes in a pre-heated 350 degree oven. Serve with your favorite ice cream.
